Oatmeal Cookie Protein Shake

February 17, 2016 by A Savory Feast 5 Comments

This delicious treat seems more like a dessert than a protein shake! Packed with nutritious ingredients, it’s perfect for a post-workout snack.

Hungry? This healthy Oatmeal Cookie Protein Shake is a filling snack!

Today I’m back at My Cooking Spot sharing another recipe! Lately I’ve been trying to get more protein into my diet, so I’ve been adding in a daily protein shake.

In an effort to curb my sweet tooth, I created this delicious Oatmeal Cookie Protein Shake. It’s packed with nutrition but tastes like a dessert!

What protein do you use? My breakfast for work has been Lean1 Chocolate Protein with water but I might have to try this.

I am using Natural Whey by Body Logix right now. You can buy it on Amazon. I did a lot of searching to find one that didn’t have artificial ingredients. It’s sweetened with sucralose which is a lot better than most artificial sweeteners, too.

They have a few different flavors, but the one I have now is dark chocolate.
