It seems like everyone is kicking off the new year by trying to eat better and get back in shape. While I usually do try to get back to eating healthier once the holidays are over, this year I needed it more than ever.
Ever since William was born in August, it’s been tough to eat as well as I used to. Somedays are crazy and it’s easier to get take out. And I’ve been craving sweets, pasta and breads so much lately!
