November is here! Thanksgiving is just a few weeks away, and you know what that means… it’s time for pie! This Caramel Dutch Apple Pie is an update on an old classic. I used my favorite dutch apple pie recipe and added a homemade caramel sauce. Delicious!

Let’s get things started with my first Fall recipe of the week!
Apple is probably the scent I most strongly associate with Fall. Nothing says “Fall” like the smell of these baked apples in the oven! Trust me, your house will smell heavenly.
I don’t know about you, but something about the cooler weather just makes me want to bake! These baked apples are great, though, because they are a lot healthier than most Fall treats.
Just look at how wonderful they look! These Baked Apples tasted like an apple pie without the crust. Serve them with vanilla ice cream and sprinkle extra oatmeal over the top. Wonderful! If you have extra oatmeal leftover, you can save it for breakfast in the morning!
