I’ve mentioned before that smoothies are one of my favorite healthy snacks. With the right add-ins, they can also be a great meal replacement! This Strawberry Vanilla Protein Smoothie is both delicious and filling!
Aloha sent me a few of their new products to try. However, they didn’t ask for a post in return. My love for their products is all my own!
A couple months ago I started going to the gym again. It’s crazy how much of a difference it makes in how I feel! It’s also nice to be able to look forward to moving after sitting all day while I work.
Going to the gym consistently also encourages me to eat better. I’ve been much more conscious of what I eat during the day, to prepare me for my workout. I try to be sure that I have a high-protein lunch or snack before I go.
Adding protein powder to my smoothie is a great way to do that! I recently tried some of Aloha’s new Premium Protein packets. I love that they are made with real food, no crazy-sounding ingredients. They also contain 18 grams of protein!
You can use any vanilla protein powder you have in the house, but I highly recommend Aloha’s products. They taste great in this smoothie and are packed with good things.

I love how Aloha’s products don’t have that strong “protein” taste that most products have. You will love it!

I love fruit smoothies! And protein is something that I’ve been trying to focus on more this year. I realized that I struggle with getting enough of it in my diet and it’s especially important when I’m working out regularly. The protein packets look really convenient!
Jenna Brussee says
They really are! And they take up much less room than those big containers of protein powder.
