These biscuits are so simple to make and are great with jam or honey!
2 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup oil
2/3 cup milk
Stir together the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add the oil and stir until crumbly. Pour in the milk and stir. On a floured surface, knead the dough 10-12 times before rolling it out 1/2 inch thickness. Use a small cup to cut the biscuits. Transfer to a ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 450 for 10 to 12 minutes.
