Today I’m sharing another popsicle recipe because it’s a million degrees here in Florida and my pregnant self is craving frozen treats all the time!
I came up with an easy recipe that makes fudgsicles way better for you. These pops are made without sugar but are still sweet thanks to the protein powder. I use (affiliate link) Bodylogix Natural Whey Protein Powder which is sweetened with stevia leaf extract.
Making homemade popsicles is SO simple! My favorite method is to blend up the ingredients in a blender and then pour the liquid into the popsicle molds and freeze.
If coconut milk isn’t your thing, these fudgsicles can be made using regular milk, almond milk or soy milk. Whatever you like best!
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 1 1/2 scoops protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the liquid into your popsicle molds. Freeze for 3-5 hours or overnight.
- Enjoy! You can keep the fudgsicles in the freezer for about a week.
