It’s been getting HOT here in Florida. For some reason as soon as June arrived it was instantly 10x hotter and more humid.
All this hot weather has been making me crave cold treats like popsicles. But instead of a sugary store-bought popsicle, I decided to make my own healthy version to snack on.
Making these popsicles is basically like making a smoothie and then freezing it into a popsicle mold. If you don’t have any popsicle molds, here is the type I use. I love having the straw at the bottom to slurp up the drips!
These popsicles made a great afternoon snack for me. They taste nice and sweet thanks to the fruit but have no added sugar.
How to Make Your Own Popsicles at Home
To make your own healthy popsicles, you’ll need a blender and popsicle molds. There are so many options for popsicle molds out there. You can even make your own by using paper cups and popsicle sticks or even make mini popsicles using an ice cube tray and popsicle sticks.
Combine all of the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into the molds and freeze for 3-5 hours or until solid.

They sound healthy, but I don’t think my kids would like them.
