Grilled Ranch Pork Chops
Grilled Ranch Pork Chops are a family favorite! Start with a from-scratch ranch marinade for the pork chops and then grill them up at dinner time.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp each of garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, dried parsley, dried chives, salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp dried minced onion
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pound boneless pork chops
Instructions
- Combine all of the spices in a ziploc bag. Seal the bag and shake to mix everything together. Open the bag and add the olive oil, water, lemon juice and pork chops. Seal the bag and shake the bag so that all of the pork chops are covered in the marinade mixture. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill over medium high heat. Grill the pork chops for 6-8 minutes on each side or until slightly pink in the middle.
