Last week my local farm market had organic blueberries on sale, and I went a little crazy. We are huge blueberry fans around here! My toddler could eat a whole pint by himself. I love adding them to breakfasts or desserts.
I bought 6 big containers of the blueberries. We had some plain, used some to make recipes and I froze the rest to use in smoothies.

This bread is naturally sweetened with honey and fresh blueberries. You won’t even notice that it doesn’t contain sugar! I love the way blueberries taste when they are baked into something like this bread. It’s a juicy pop of sweetness in each bite!
I used greek yogurt to give the bread a moist texture. We always have greek yogurt in the house and I use it in all sorts of things.

It only takes a few minutes to mix up this Greek Yogurt Blueberry Bread, so it’s a great addition to your meal prep day. You’ll have breakfast all week!

Can I use a Different Fruit in This Recipe?
Yes! Other berries work great such as raspberries or blackberries. Sliced strawberries are also a delicious substition.

I store mine in the refrigerator. It’s delicious cold or you can warm up a slice in the microwave or toaster oven.
