Need a quick party appetizer? Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Dip is sure to please! Made with just a few ingredients that you probably have on hand, this dip is great served with pretzels, graham crackers or vanilla wafers!

Today I’ve joined some food blogger friends to throw a virtual shower for our friend Erin over at The Speckled Palate! Erin is welcoming her second baby soon, and we are celebrating by sharing lots of delicious recipes that are perfect for a baby shower.
I’m sharing my recipe for Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Dip. A lot of the time, I make savory appetizers for parties. But sweet appetizers can have their place, too! A dip like this is an easy way to add a sweet option to your appetizer spread and it’s great for dipping a variety of treats into.

You’ll love how quick and easy it is to mix up this dip. It only takes a few ingredients and less than 10 minutes to get ready. Then just put it in a serving bowl and serve with a variety of things to dip in it.
What to dip in this Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Dip?
A few of my favorites are pretzels, graham crackers and vanilla wafers. You can set up a serving tray with a variety of items, or just one to save time and money.

How to prepare this dip ahead of time
If you want to make the dip ahead of time, no problem! Make it the day of the party if possible, but you can make it a day in advance if necessary. You can store it in the refrigerator. Just be sure to take it out and let it sit on the counter for 15 minutes or so before serving so that it can soften up.

Oh, Jenna. You are totally speaking my language with this sweet appetizer! I love how you’ve paired the dip with salty pretzel sticks… sooooooo good! I can definitely see myself gobbling up a large helping of this goodness at any gathering, but especially this sweet shower!
Thank you so much for participating in this surprise shower to welcome Baby Speckle—she and I feel so loved and supported! Now if there was a way for us to share all this food via the Internet so I could have a bite of everything, that would be amazing…

Perfect for my new challenge. Saw a PB cheesecake out of my price range to feed 40-$115 Going to make 2 choc chip brownie one layer type cake, use this as topping and then cover with PB cups, nut & fudge. I may have to adapt thickness but this not only will be perfect, but will use great recipe in future dips for grandkids and cake recipe for holiday family parties.
