Blueberry Chia Seed Muffin Recipe

Blueberry muffins have been a favorite of mine ever since I was a kid. My mom used to keep boxes of the mix in the house and we would have them on a regular basis. It was probably one of the first things my brothers and I learned to make by ourselves.

YUM! And what a great way to sneak in chia seeds. I know some people add a scoop to a smoothie, but have you ever seen what that does to the texture of the smoothie? Yuck, too slimy! These look great and the texture issue will be “hidden” by the muffin. Yay!

I actually really like them in smoothies! And they added a yummy texture to these muffins.

I’d love to have one of two now for breakfast 🙂 And I also have chia seed, I’ve been using it quite often lately

Thank you! You should give this recipe a try. I bought a big bag of chia seeds for a recipe about a month ago and have been trying them in all sorts of things. They are so good!
