It’s finally Fall! I’m so excited to break out the scarves and boots, bake some Fall treats and spend time outside enjoying the cooler weather. To celebrate the beginning of this wonderful season, I’ve teamed up with 18 other bloggers to bring you a fun week of posts featuring the best of Fall.

Let’s get things started with my first Fall recipe of the week!
Apple is probably the scent I most strongly associate with Fall. Nothing says “Fall” like the smell of these baked apples in the oven! Trust me, your house will smell heavenly.
I don’t know about you, but something about the cooler weather just makes me want to bake! These baked apples are great, though, because they are a lot healthier than most Fall treats.
Just look at how wonderful they look! These Baked Apples tasted like an apple pie without the crust. Serve them with vanilla ice cream and sprinkle extra oatmeal over the top. Wonderful! If you have extra oatmeal leftover, you can save it for breakfast in the morning!
