Are you a snacker? I always look forward to having a little snack after I get off work in the afternoon. I always need a little something to fuel my workout and hold me over until dinner. Granola is one my favorite snacks to keep in the house, and it makes a delicious Apple Cinnamon Granola Parfait!
I’ve always been a fan of Quaker® products. Their Quaker® Oatmeal Squares, Quaker® Life and Quaker® Real Medleys® are some of my favorite cereals to start my day.
My favorite product to keep in the house is Quaker® Simply Granola. It’s perfect for a quick snack, breakfast or as an ingredient in a recipe. Today I’m showing you how you can use it to create a delicious parfait.
I was able to find all the ingredients for this recipe at my local Wal-Mart. Don’t you love recipe that only need a few ingredients? This parfait only requires three! Once you have the granola, grab a container of greek yogurt and some dried apples.
This granola can be found in the cereal aisle. There are several flavors you can choose from, but I thought that the Oats, Honey & Almond flavor sounded perfect for this recipe.
This parfait not only makes a great snack, but it’s also a yummy breakfast. Or if you are trying to stay away from desserts, this is a much better-for-you option! It’s sure to kick your craving with less guilt than ice cream or cookies.
If you thought getting the ingredients for this recipe was easy, wait until you see how simple it is to create this parfait! You’ll be enjoying it within minutes. So grab a spoon and enjoy your snack! You’ll want to make sure you grab a few extra containers of yogurt, because you’ll want to eat this snack again tomorrow.

I used to CHOWWWWW DOWNNNN on granola! In boarding school especially. I did not ever eat what the chef would make and just stick with granola in a mug with milk. The chef would get SOOOO PISSED – I remember one time he ripped the mug out of my hands and threw it on the ground. Talk about anger-management isses!
