Are you hosting Thanksgiving dinner this year? Here are 6 items to make holiday entertaining easier. Save time and make your turkey day gathering a success.

Thanksgiving is one of my absolute favorite holidays! I love getting together with family and enjoying a huge turkey dinner. Growing up, my parents always hosted Thanksgiving dinner at our house. It’s probably what sparked my love for entertaining.

Today I’m sharing a few items I found that will make hosting Thanksgiving dinner easier for you. Most of these items would be great for anytime you are entertaining guests as well!

#1 Slow Cooker

I asked my followers on Instagram and Facebook about their Thanksgiving entertaining essentials. The most popular answer by far was a slow cooker! Save space in your oven or stovetop by cooking one of your side dishes in the slow cooker.

#2 Turkey Bags

I love how the turkey turns out using these turkey bags! So juicy and flavorful. Plus they help to contain the mess so you don’t have to clean the pan.

#3 Electric Potato Peeler

When I was younger and still lived at home, my job was to peel the potatoes for Thanksgiving dinner. We usually had 30+ guests coming over, so that is a lot of potatoes to peel! This electric potato peeler would have made life SO much easier. You could use it for peeling apples for apple pie, too.

#4 KitchenAid Mixer

How could I not mention the KitchenAid Mixer? There are so many ways you could use it while preparing Thanksgiving dinner. I often use mine to mash potatoes. I like that there are so many ways to use it for more than just desserts.

#5 Chill-It Appetizer Tray

I recently found this appetizer tray on Amazon. It would be perfect for serving fruits or veggies! It keeps them chilled and even has lids for each section.

#6 Leftover Boxes

These leftover boxes are perfect for sending home with your guests! You don’t get stuck with too many leftovers, and they don’t have to worry about returning your containers. Plus they are super cute!

Do you hosting Thanksgiving dinner? What are some of the ways you make hosting easier?
