You may have noticed lately that I’ve been sharing a few more healthy recipes and ideas than normal. I’ve been making some changes and trying to eat even better this year. As a food blogger, I have to eat the recipes I make, so I’ve been trying to come up with some better-for-you ideas.
When I get home from work in the afternoon, I am almost always starving and ready for a snack. If I don’t keep a healthy option around, I’ll probably end up eating junk food.
