A few weeks ago I mentioned that I was trying to find some healthier snack recipes. Today I’m sharing my latest favorite! These Parmesan Sweet Potato Chips are simple to make, and are so good for you!
Creating this recipe took a bit of trial and error for me. The first day I made them, I discovered how quickly they can burn! I was able to save almost one pan of the chips, but the rest were burned to a crisp!
If you don’t have a Mandolin Slicer (affiliate link), you will want to get one! I don’t think it would be possible to slice them thin enough using a knife.
Making these chips made me wish I had a bigger oven! I was only able to fit 2 sweet potatoes cut up in my oven. And these chips are so delicious, they disappear quickly.
These chips make a great snack, but they would also be great with burgers or other cookout foods. If you have the time to make a huge batch, they would be great for a party, too!
