Today I’m sharing a healthy smoothie recipe that tastes like a dessert… my Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie!

If you have been reading my blog for awhile, you probably know that I love smoothies! Smoothies are usually a quick snack or meal replacement for me, so the easier they are to make, the better. This recipe only needs 3 ingredients!
A few months back I talked about Cocozia and shared a Healthy Coconut Water Smoothie recipe. Now, they have a brand-new chocolate flavor, and it’s delicious! While this flavor has more sugar than their regular coconut water, it’s still a great source of electrolytes.
This chocolate coconut water was good to drink by itself, but also lends itself well to recipes. Smoothies are one of my favorite ways to drink coconut water.
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 10 ounces chocolate coconut water (I used Cocozia)
- 1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
- 2. Blend.
