Andrew and I recently discovered that his roommate owns a Cast Iron Grill Skillet. We have been missing the grill at my old apartment complex, so we were so excited to find out we had this skillet at our disposal.
Do you love the taste of grilled chicken, burgers, or veggies but want a simpler way to get those results? This pan is the answer! We have been using it quite a bit for chicken and pork. We are excited to try making steak and burgers, too.
Another healthy change we have made lately is using Coconut Oil instead of olive oil or canola oil and we are loving it! It works great with this cast iron grill skillet, too. We started using coconut oil because it is healthier, but now we really like the taste of it! It makes everything taste so much better.

What is your favorite day of the week? I have a love hate relationship with Sunday’s. I love it because it usually is a day to relax. I tend to catch up on other bloggers posts, watch some TV (which never happens during the week), and I usually make a bigger meal for a late lunch/ early dinner. I also hate it at the same time since I know it’s back to work grind on Monday and my weeks are ALWAYS so busy!
Pepsi or Coke? I would say neither.. I’m a huge Ginger Ale fan! But if I had to chose I would have to say Coke!
